Since this song is from the Catching Fire soundtrack and is played in the credits at the end of the movie, I believe it has something sorta to do with it. I feel like this song is simply about nightmares and how powerful they are, and how when bad things they come back to haunt you in your dreams, kind of like the nightmares that Katniss and Peeta experienced. "A thousand silhouettes dancing on my chest. No matter where I sleep, you are haunting me." This line tells a lot about the song. No matter how much Katniss tried to sleep, it didn't work, her nightmares were too powerful, and kept haunting her. She keeps seeing the silhouettes, or the events in her nightmares, dancing around her.

In this line, It's when Katniss wakes up from her nightmares, she knows she's safe, but she keeps screaming and worrying for no apparent reason. It's hard to let go of something imaginary, but yet so real. To her, she is not at peace. "My hands and feet are weaker than before. And you are folded on the bed where I rest my head." I feel like this is Peeta's situation. He, too, is overcome by nightmares of the Games. He feels weak when he wakes up, but when he sees Katniss, he's at peace and rests, because his nightmares are about losing her. "But I'm already there, I'm already there, wherever there is you, I will be there too." This is both of their situations. When one of them wakes up from their nightmares, they are scared, but if the other one is there, they know they are safe, because they have each other. Katniss feels safer when Peeta is there, and Peeta feels safer when Katniss is there. Together they help each other through the night. Well that is my interpretation about "Silhouettes" by O.M.A.M.

To me this song is about someone, or something that haunts you. It could be about a relationship that ended and the thought of them still hurts you. You say you're at peace, but it all feels wrong. I listen to this when I feel empty because I think of my ex sometimes. The part that I really relate to is "A thousand silhouettes dancing on my chest, no matter where I sleep, you are haunting me". This part is just so beautiful and sad. It's about the fact that no matter where you are, the thought of someone can haunt you. And I love when she sings repeatably "Wherever there is you, I will be there too". You can be in complete darkness and still think of them. This is literally my favorite song, it reminds me that it's hard to be human; how remembering someone you loved dearly could haunt you and leave you empty.

To me, the song reminds me a lot of PTSD. Katniss is haunted by the memories of what happened in the Hunger Games and perhaps the aftermath of her actions outside those games. With the line "I'm finally at peace, but it feels wrong", it's like she's come to terms with what's happened, but she feels guilt for surviving when so many others died. Similarly, in "There's nothing I'd take back, but it's hard to say there's nothing I regret" she knows her actions were necessary at the time but she still wishes there was some other way to work things out. In "my hands and feet are weaker than before", these feelings are manifesting physically, perhaps affecting her will to continue on as normal. I agree with the other poster that the other person mentioned in the song is Peeta. (The song could be from Peeta's perspective for some parts since they experienced the same thing. I'm assuming the song is mainly from Katniss's POV since that's how the movie plays out.) At the end of that verse, darkness becomes her since that's the best way to escape from it all. Finally, with repeating "I'm already there", she's telling these nightmares and later a thousand silhouettes (fallen tributes and other victims) that it's not necessary for them to haunt her anymore. She's already there in her emotions and there's no way for her to forget regardless. That's just my guess. Either way I think this song is amazing and I've been in love with it since I heard it at the theater. :)
