Oooooooo ooo ooo ooooh...
Oooooooo ooo ooo ooooh...
Goodbye blue sky...
Goodbye blue sky...
Goodbye...

Goodbye blue sky...
Goodbye blue sky...

We're heading towards a self proclaimed environment of injustice, disease, and death. Beware.

no this person got these lyrics from soad, pink floyd did the original song and theres no part in it that goes "We're heading towards a self proclaimed environment of injustice, disease, and death. Beware." my brother went to the POA and said they did this song after aerials i think. and ive seen videos of them doing this song and he says the same thing, its called a cover smart ass.
The pink floyd version is like 5940843975926 times better though
id say 5940843975927 times better maybe even 5940843975928
I have a live video of this song. You got the lyrics wrong. The lyrics above are the lyrics of the original song. SoaD's version is different.
There is 4 versions of this song.
I dont even know why this was posted
why not? some fools wont know what's being sung
This song seems pretty strait forward. He is saying goodbye to the blue sky because polution is going to make it happen. Even if people cannot accept it, we really are "heading towards a self proclaimed environment of injustice, disease, and death." It really is sad and pathetic how the world is today.
i used to listen to this song when i was little, the actual pink floyd version that is. i would be 8 or 9 years old and i would cry. the beginning part where the little girl says "look mommy, theres an airplane up in the sky" still gives me the creeps. its not about pollution, its about war and the end of the world, go read the lyrics under pink floyds section or go download the song. this is by far my favorite song of all time, glad my favorite band decided to cover it. :):):)
I have never read or heard the Pink Floyd version, so I just figured it was polution, but war, in terms of atomic bombs especially, would have us saying goodbye to the blue sky.. thanks for the insight :)
