Madison talked about “Homesick” for the first time on the Zach Sang Show saying.
“I have a song about how i’m an alien and i’m sad that my real parents didn’t abduct me”
She also said there’s a Lyric on the song that is about her mom and dad saying that they met for the first time under the moonlight and about how she (Madison) didn’t buy that cover story cause it didn’t feel right and after that she sang the lyric.
“I Belong In Space”
She also said she was going to call it “Phone Home” cause she thought it was cute but the real title was “Meant To Be”.
Then later on 2020, Madison went live on Instagram where she did a little Q&A, in it she answered to a question a fan made
“What’s the song that you talked about on the Zach Sang Show that said you belong in space?”
She said
“That song’s called Meant To Be, no, sorry, that was the old title it’s called Homesick, we’ve changed that song title so many times, it’s called Homesick, it’s on the album, you’ll hear it”.
Recently on an Instagram Live (January-11-2021), Madison confirmed the song “Homesick” will be on the album.
