Paranoid Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Finished with my woman, 'cause she couldn't help me with my mind
People think I'm insane, because I am frowning all the time
All day long, I think of things, but nothing seems to satisfy
Think I'll lose my mind if I don't find something to pacify

[Bridge]
Can you help me occupy my brain?
Oh, yeah

[Verse 2]
I need someone to show me the things in life that I can't find
I can't see the things that make true happiness, I must be blind

[Guitar Solo]

[Verse 3]
Make a joke and I will sigh, and you will laugh and I will cry
Happiness, I cannot feel and love to me is so unreal
And so, as you hear these words telling you now of my state
I tell you to enjoy life, I wish I could, but it's too late

Genius Annotation

The song “Paranoid” is a single release back in 2003, it was a cover to the popular Heavy Metal band “Black Sabbath”, Initially released back in 1970. Paranoid is a short song, only a few minutes long. (From what I get, suggestions are welcome) He (the person singing) sings of how he struggles with every day life and trying to be happy, “I can’t see the things that make true happiness, I must be blind”. He fails to see what life is about and can not find love. He wants to find “true happiness” but can’t as no one wants to help him.

Black Sabbath
[Source of Black Sabbath]
Black Sabbath are an English rock band, formed in Birmingham in 1968, by guitarist and main songwriter Tony Iommi, bassist and main lyricist Geezer Butler, singer Ozzy Osbourne, and drummer Bill Ward. The band experienced multiple line-up changes, with Iommi being the only constant member throughout its history. Originally formed as a blues rock band, the group soon adopted the Black Sabbath moniker and began incorporating occult themes with horror-inspired lyrics and tuned-down guitars. They also composed songs about social instability, political corruption and drugs.
