“Dilemma” is said to be a new introduction track for Business & Pleasure, this placement originally belonged to the scrapped song “Billionaire Bully”.

About one year later, she offered a sneak peek of a demo of the song for the first time on her Instagram account on May 24, 2020.
On September 13, 2023, Azealia shared a demo of the full song through an Instagram reel and on October 18, 2023 she posted a third full demo of the song on Instagram titled “Dilemma_V1”.
