About

Genius Annotation

“Blue Light” is the fifth track on Silent Alarm and is an overall quieter track than the others on the album, although it still relies heavily on its core drums/bass/electric guitar sound. Kele Okereke explained the song:

It’s a really gentle sounding song about coming to terms with intimacy, and how important that can be.
