Tenderly Lyrics

[Verse 1]
And I'm worthy so
And I want for you to hold me tenderly
And I'm in the mood for you
For you to really know me
And to hold me tenderly

[Chorus]
And I don't know if you can hear me
This is all I ever wanted to happen
And I don't know if you can see me
You are all I ever wanted to happen to me
To me, to me

[Verse 2]
And I'm worthy of love
The space that rest between us
Sleeping in the dark right next to me
And in your truth, tell me all the good things
Let your heart speak tenderly

[Chorus]
And I don't know if you can hear me
This is all I ever wanted to happen
And I don't know if you can see me
You are all I ever wanted to happen to me
To me, to me
[Bridge]
You've been like a light
When you came
You opened up my eyes, oh-oh
And I don't know if you can hear me
This is all I ever wanted to happen

[Chorus]
And I don't know if you can hear me
This is all I ever wanted to happen
And I don't know if you can see me
You are all I ever wanted to happen to me
And I don't know if you can hear me
This is all I ever wanted to happen
And I don't know if you can see me
You are all I ever wanted to happen to me
