“You Are Losing Me” is a song about how Chelsea almost let go of her career from a loss of interest. The song is her 4th overall single and the 2nd single from her album How To Be Human.
In an Instagram post, Chelsea wrote about how she felt detached from her career and couldn’t find joy in making music. She struggled at overcoming thoughts about letting go of music to take on a better lifestyle. After an appointment with her therapist, Chelsea realized she had a mindset where she thought she’d never be able to live a normal life. The mindset came from people who saw her career as a detriment. To counteract her thoughts, she cut those people out of her life.
Chelsea teased the song on her Instagram 3 days before it’s release with a sample of the song.
