“Wrong”, the lead single of DM’s twelfth album, was an international hit overseas – reaching #2 in Germany, #5 in Sweden, and the top 20 in several more countries.
Some feel the song is a metaphor on what people can think during a depression. The band described it as “comic reflections on a lifetime of mistakes, misdeeds and bad decisions” and “an antidote to bubble-gum pop inappropriate for where we are in society at this moment.”
Its music video features a car rolling out of control down a city street. It is eventually revealed that a man is trapped inside who is unable to stop it.
