The song is a cover of the famous song by Eurythmics and features Ginger’s strong vocals over an instrumental arrangement involving horns and trumpets, giving the track a very anthemic and wild mood.
On an interview with Feast of Fun, Ginger told a brief story about the track. She said that she was heading to a photoshoot studio with Carnie Wilson (whom she collaborated with on “Sweet T”) and played the album for her. When Carnie heard her cover of “Here Comes the Rain Again” she took her phone and called Annie Lennox herself and told her to listen to Ginger’s cover
