Oh, you don't compare, don't fit in with 'em, do you get me?
Judgin' by the way you open up, you get me
Ooh, out of this world, hands-on, baby, now you send me
Lookin' at the way we're blendin' in, you get me
[Chorus: Justin Bieber]
Ha-ha-ha, you get me
Ha-ha-ha, you get me
[Verse 1: Justin Bieber]
See, you're lookin' beyond the surface
Can tell by the questions you're asking
You got me low-key nervous
It feels like we're on the same wave, yeah
Never intended to relate, I mean, what are the chances?
Never thought I'd connect with you, not in these circumstances
[Pre-Chorus: Justin Bieber]
Oh, you don't compare, don't fit in with 'em, do you get me?
Judgin' by the way you open up, you get me
Ooh, out of this world, hands-on, baby, now you send me
Lookin' at the way we're blendin' in, you get me
[Chorus: Justin Bieber]
Ha-ha-ha, you get me
Ha-ha-ha, you get me
Ooh, there's so much chemistry
Like a chemist, how you finishin' my sentences
In the center, no, we can't deny this energy
How 'bout reapin' all the benefits? Yeah
Never intended to relate, I mean, what are the chances?
Never thought I'd connect with you, not in these circumstances, no
[Pre-Chorus: Both, Kehlani & Justin Bieber]
Oh, you don't compare, don't fit in with 'em, do you get me?
Judgin' by the way you open up, you get me (Yeah, you really get me, ooh)
Ooh, out of this world, hands-on, baby, now you send me (Ooh, that's where you send me)
Lookin' at the way we're blendin' in, you get me (Ooh, you really get me)
[Chorus: Both & Justin Bieber]
Ha-ha-ha, you get me (Ooh)
Ha-ha-ha, you get me (Oh, oh)
[Outro: Kehlani]
Get me, yeah
Get me, yeah
Get me, yeah
Get me, yeah
About
“Get Me” was a promotional single from Justin Bieber’s fifth studio album, Changes. It was released onto streaming at the same time as the album’s official title and cover art. On the track, Bieber and R&B singer Kehlani croon in a call-and-response format to each other about their figurative relationship and the two’s compatibility.
The track continues the R&B feel that Bieber has promised for his fifth studio album, with the duo singing very sexily over a very gloomy beat featuring many artificial percussion and bass that is trademark to the genre.
The track was initially teased the day prior to its official release on January 27, 2020, as it was shown on a potential track listing along with several other tracks in the singer’s docu-series Justin Bieber: Seasons.

During the week ending February 15, 2020, “Get Me” debuted and peaked at #93 on the Hot 100.
Me and Justin had the other song [“Get Me”] on his album [Changes]. That was also natural, he was just like, “Hey, can you come? Just do this verse real quick.” And I just slid through the studio with Poo Bear and he just walked me through the verse. And I was like–I didn’t even hear the song in full until it was about to come out and I was like, “Oh, shoot! Like, this is tight!” And he’s actually super sweet in this way of like–he will just FaceTime me all the time and be like, “You’re the future. Don’t let anybody tell you different. Like, you’re so great.” And just like, he’s really affirming, I really appreciate that about him.
