“Solo Dolo, Pt. IV” was performed by Kid Cudi in Paris, France on November 20, 2022. He announced that his next album has been in the works since 2020. After releasing Man On The Moon III, Cudi joined forces with Playboi Carti to create this track on December 18, 2020, during sessions for Whole Lotta Red.

On May 15, 2023, Cudi tweeted that “Solo Dolo, Pt. IV” won’t appear on his upcoming album due to clearance issues with Carti.
