“Gross” is a song about having sex with someone you don’t like, and then catching feelings for them. In it, Scott describes the relationship as “salty and gross”, comparing it to semen. She says that her partner doesn’t really care about her, but that she still cares for them, and that while she wishes she could hate them for being a bad person, she knows they’re not, and feels guilty and inadequate in comparison. The song has a unreleased music video that will probably come as a single for the album or with the album itself.
