Notably, PnB Rock encourages listeners who want a second chance with their exes to send it to them after posting it on TikTok and Instagram in an effort to help his fans, recover a lost relationship with the caption, “Send this to your ex…” The lyrics transition from a general plea for reconciliation to a declaration of love for his girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang. PnB asserts he will never leave Stephanie, stating, “After all the shit I put you through, what the fuck I look like leavin' you?” However, at the same time, PnB Rock seeks reassurance from Stephanie that they’re forever, and she will not leave him.

Unfortunately, “Luv Me Again” became PnB Rock’s final song he released while he was alive , marking a tragic end after he was fatally shot at Roscoe’s House of Chicken ‘N Waffles restaurant in South Los Angeles, California the alleged people involved are, Shauntel Trone, Freddie Lee Trone, and Freddie Trones’s unnamed 17-year-old son. The teen allegedly pointed the gun at the rapper and demanded, “Give me all of your jewelry now!” It is unknown if PnB resisted, but he was eventually shot three times. He then proceeded to remove all the jewelry off of his dying body, including necklaces, rings, and watches. He also took a watch from his girlfriend. PnB was later transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The track serves as a lasting testament to PnB’s talent and the untimely loss of his potential.
