In an interview with HipHopDX in December 2016, Post mentioned a potential Kanye West feature being left off of his debut album, Stoney. It’s possible that it was this song.

As is typical with many demos, the track finds Kanye mumbling as he attempts to lay down the melody. Judging by comments from Post in an interview, it’s likely that Kanye laid down these vocals for Post to work with and were simply left on this demo.
