Well, the song is pretty self explanatory. It’s about a guy going on a date with a girl and finding out she’s overly obsessive about the horror film ‘Human centipede’ which he sees as a red flag and thinks he may get murdered on the first date. He tries to get the attention of the waiter, but she seems to catch on and tries to make him less scared of her by talking about their future, like a relationship and possibly marriage.
