After the release of Wrabel’s original version of “The Village” was released and made a major impression within the transgender community, there very quickly became an increasing demand for a MtF (Male to Female) version of the song to be released, as the original was a FtM variation which was shown in the music video.
Within a few years of it’s release, the demand for a Male to Female anthem on Stephen’s TikTok and Instagram became increasing loud from the other side of the Trans Community (mind you there were requests from a non-binary anthem as well, however, the FtM arguement was far more out-reaching).
On January 19th, in the year 2024, those demands were finally fulfilled and granted – given the released of the new “The VIllage (mtf version)”.
