I CAN’T BREATHE Lyrics
I’m calling on your phone I need your help
I’m up in Paris all by myself
I don’t think that you’re good for my health
(For my health)
Girl you’re blessed
I saw you making moves in Bucharest
I saw you cover Dior I’m obsessed
You did that on your own girl I’m impressed
(I’m impressed)
I know you wanna be somebody
But you act like you don’t need somebody
Feel the passion when you’re around me
I need you baby don’t you hear me calling?
I know you wanna be somebody
(I’m calling on you!)
But you act like you don’t need somebody
(I’m calling on you!)
Feel the passion when you’re around me
(I’m calling on you!)
I need you baby don’t you hear me calling?
(I’m calling on you!)
I’m up in Paris all by myself
I don’t think that you’re good for my health
(For my health)
Girl you’re blessed
I saw you making moves in Bucharest
I saw you cover Dior I’m obsessed
You did that on your own girl I’m impressed
(I’m impressed)
I know you wanna be somebody
But you act like you don’t need somebody
Feel the passion when you’re around me
I need you baby don’t you hear me calling?
I know you wanna be somebody
(I’m calling on you!)
But you act like you don’t need somebody
(I’m calling on you!)
Feel the passion when you’re around me
(I’m calling on you!)
I need you baby don’t you hear me calling?
(I’m calling on you!)

Genius Annotation
In this track yuko yokio takes you into deep nostalgia with a girl he used to be with. He’s at Paris Fashion Week when he sees a model on the runway that he cannot take his eyes off of. He feels like he knows her. When she is on the runway she sees him and quickly turns her head. After thew show, he finds her outside of the show and stops her before she jumps in her 2019 Mercedes-Benz G-Class. He tries to talk to her but she shuts him down and pretends that she doesn’t know him. The song is about the girl now being famous acting as if she has no need to speak to him because of her status. Even though he is still in love with her.
