“Jocelyn Flores (Remix)” is the 1st track on Young Geoff’s unreleased album, Violence Isn’t The Answer. On January 5th, Geoff previewed a snippet of the song to his Twitter fans.
Jerrell Hill was a friend of Geoff who suffered from an illness and died in December 2013, on his way to the hospital. He told his fans about it on his Snapchat story and deleted them a few hours later. In a Facebook live video, Geoff led us further into the incident.
He dedicated one of his recent songs “Vice City” to Jerrell years after he died.
This song was performed over “I’m Closing My Eyes”, a potsu-produced song that samples the lyrics from Shiloh Dynasty’s “I Knew You So Well.”
