Last week, Camila Cabello’s “Havana” reached a career-best No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. To celebrate, she’s released a remix of the song featuring Daddy Yankee that’s sung primarily in Spanish.
The primary chorus remains the same, but Cabello’s first verse switches the original version over to Spanish:

In the remix, Young Thug’s verse is replaced with Daddy Yankee’s. It finds the Puerto Rican reggaeton legend seducing a love interest entirely in Spanish:

Pero que fácil me descontrola, ooh-na-na
Tú me quemas, vuelves y me enrolas, me enrolas (ah, ah)
Cabello is readying her debut album The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving for release in 2018. In addition to “Havana,” the former Fifth Harmony member has shared “Crying In The Club,” “I Have Questions,” and “OMG” featuring Quavo.
The “Havana” Remix is just the latest part of Daddy Yankee’s resurgence in 2017. This summer, “Despacito,” his song with Luis Fonsi, became the most streamed song of all time between the original and Justin Bieber’s remix. In September, his reggaeton classic “Gasolina” surged in popularity on Genius after a Twitter debate about the meaning of its lyrics.
