Kodak Black & Juice WRLD Link Up For “MoshPit”

“It’s not really my favorite but I know it’s gonna stream. People gonna eat that up.”

Kodak Black’s Dying to Live album is due out on Friday, December 14, and today he dropped off the project’s latest single, “MoshPit.” The track finds Kodak linking up with Chicago rapper Juice WRLD for the first time.

“I’ve got a song with Juice WRLD called ‘Moshpit,’ just for the streaming people,” he said about the song during a recent interview with Miami’s 103.5 The Beat. “It’s not really my favorite but I know it’s gonna stream. People gonna eat that up.”

On the track, Kodak drops a reference to JAY-Z’s 2013 track “Tom Ford,”:

I be rocking Tom Ford popping Molly though
Now I’m eating calamari no more sloppy joe

In addition to “MoshPit,” Kodak’s Dying to Live will also include recent tracks like “ZEZE,” “If I’m Lyin, I’m Flyin,” and “Calling My Spirit.”

Meanwhile, the artist continues to deal with the fallout from an unresolved sexual assault case in South Carolina, stemming from an alleged incident in December 2016. According to SC Now, his trial is set to start in April 2019.
