DJ Khaled handles the production.

Cardi B first met Jennifer Lopez back in November 2017, and although the Bronx rapper said she “kept acting like a fucking weirdo,” they were soon in the studio together. After first teasing their collaboration last December, J. Lo finally decided to drop her new song “Dinero” today. The track features a rap verse from Cardi and production courtesy of DJ Khaled.

“Dinero” is set to appear on Lopez’s upcoming Spanish-language album Por Primera Vez, and both artists perform in a mixture of English and Spanish on the track. On the third verse, Cardi pulls from her line on Migos “Motorsport,” referencing Tejano singer Selena Quintanilla-Pérez:

I told y'all, I’m trap Selena
I’ll backhand a bitch like Serena

She also drops a hilarious line about NYC’s famous bodega cats:

I got the box that got the most flavor
Big fat cat like in the bodegas

The end of the verse finds her referencing Lopez’s 2002 hit “Jenny From the Block”:

Two bad bitches that came from the Bronx
Cardi from the pole and Jenny from the block

Por Primera Vez doesn’t have an official release date yet, but is expected to feature Wisin & Yandel, Abraham Mateo, and more.
