Today, Juice WRLD’s estate revealed the title and release date for his first posthumous album. It’s called Legends Never Die and will drop on Friday, July 10.

A statement on social media further detailed the project:

This Friday we will be honoring the life and art of Juice WRLD by releasing his album, Legends Never Die. We feel that this collection of 15 songs best represents the music Juice was in the process of creating. The album shines a light on the collaborators that meant so much to Juice and deeply impacted his musical process. Juice dedicated his music to his fans and, now more than ever, we hope this album brings some reprieve to everyone during these unsettling times. Please join us in celebrating Juice’s life by enjoying this album. Juice’s legacy will live forever; LEGENDS NEVER DIE!

To accompany the announcement, his estate shared a new Halsey collaboration titled “Life’s a Mess.” It is produced by Rex Kudo and Charlie Handsome.

On the track, Juice WRLD raps about finding true love:

Through the trials and tribulations, I found my way out
Feel all of the good and bad vibrations all around
All around us, they surround us
Was a lost cause, with some lost love
It ain’t my fault, pain chose us, then I found her
My whole world turned upside down, uh
But for the better

In an Instagram post shared alongside the single’s release, Halsey wrote:

Juice was one of the greatest people I have ever known, and one of the most brilliant artists we will ever live to witness. A true genius who had lyric and melody spilling out of him without any second thought or hesitation. And a beautiful soul who believed in spreading love and creating a community for people to feel less alone. It means everything to me that I could be a part of this album. I cried the first time that I heard it.

Halsey and Juice WRLD previously collaborated on her “Without Me (Remix)” after the pop singer covered his breakout hit, “Lucid Dreams.”

Known for his prolific studio sessions, Juice WRLD reportedly had about 2,000 unreleased songs at the time of his death in December 2019.

Juice WRLD’s estate recently shared a pair of posthumous singles: “Righteous” and the Trippie Redd-assisted “Tell Me U Luv Me.” He also made numerous posthumous guest appearances on songs like Eminem’s “Godzilla,” YNW Melly’s “Suicidal (Remix),” G Herbo’s “PTSD,” Polo G’s “Flex,” and The Kid LAROI’s “GO.”
