The film is about her “experience with mental health and the way reality and dreams can interconnect.”

Lady Gaga is officially pushing “911” as the next single from Chromatica, and she accompanied the new effort with one of her customarily lavish music videos. The video, which also includes the “Chromatica II” interlude track, is directed by Tarsem.

Gaga explained how the video connects to the song’s message about mental health:

She previously revealed that the song’s lyrics are about her experience taking the antipsychotic drug Olanzapine:

My biggest enemy is me, pop a 911
My biggest enemy is me, pop a 911
My biggest enemy is me ever since day one
Pop a 911, then pop another one

“911” previously peaked at No. 1 on the US Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart, and could enter the Hot 100 in the coming weeks with a promotional push from the label. It’s already one of the most popular Chromatica songs on Genius, behind only “Rain On Me” and “Sour Candy.”
