Migos Kick Off Their New #MigoMonday Series With “Racks 2 Skinny”

The group recently teased a quarantine mixtape due to the delay of ‘Culture III.’

Fresh off the release of their LeBron James-sampling single, “Taco Tuesday,” Migos just dropped their latest track, “Racks 2 Skinny.” Co-produced by the group’s frequent collaborator, DJ Durel, as well as PVLACE and Gunboi, it is the first installment in their new song series #MigoMonday.

The track was released with an accompanying music video featuring each member of the group showing off their expensive lifestyle, from cars and jewelry to massive stacks of cash.

On the song, Migos continue with the flexing from the video, with Takeoff rapping:

I cop me a coupe and I hop in it
He claimin' the gang, but he not in it
That Birkin bag came with the fire in it
He told you a rap with a lie in it
He got some new jewels, he flexin' his ice
He prayin' to God he don’t die in it

The new series arrives as the trio works on the long-awaited final installment to their Culture trilogy, Culture III. Like many other musical releases, it was delayed due to the current COVID-19 outbreak in America.

To hold fans over, the group teased a quarantine mixtape:

It is currently unknown how this new #MigoMonday series will tie in with the two projects, but more information is expected to come as the series continues to roll out.
