She called out her label last month after they mistakenly dropped the song early.

With her debut album, Pretty B-tch Music, on the horizon, Saweetie is back today with the release of her latest single, “Best Friend.” The song unites her with her real-life friend Doja Cat, with production by Rocco Did It Again! and Dr. Luke.

On the track, Doja spits about her relationship with her ride-or-die:

That my best friend, if you need a freak
I ain’t dumb, but motherf-cker, she my Tweedledee
If she ride for me (Ride), she don’t need a key
If you side ways, she straighten you if need to be

Meanwhile, Saweetie reflects on their glow-up:

She been down since the jellies and the Volvos
Got me steppin' out that Jeep got Manolo’s
When we pull up to the scene, they be filled with jealousy
If a b-tch finicky, she gon' bring that energy

Saweetie’s label Warner Bros. mistakenly released the song last month, causing her to call them out on social media and reference the incident as a “thirst for clout + $.”

The song is set to appear on her debut album, Pretty B-tch Music, which doesn’t have a release date yet but is expected to drop this year. The album will also likely feature recent singles “Tap In” and “Back to the Streets” with Jhené Aiko.
