DJ Khaled is back with another one. He just dropped his eleventh studio album, Father of Asahd. This release follows his 2017 album, Grateful, which reached the top of the Billboard 200. His pre-release single, “No Brainer,” reached No. 5 on the Hot 100 last year.
Khaled is known for amassing diverse album features. Naturally, he comes in strong with appearances by JAY-Z, Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper, Quavo, Cardi B, and Post Malone, to name a few. Additionally, the late Nipsey Hussle appears on “Higher” alongside John Legend.
“MAKING FATHER OF ASAHD ALBUM, I MADE SURE I WENT TO MY ROOTS THAT MADE ME THE MAN I AM NOW !” Khaled wrote on Instagram. “CLIMB THE HOLY MOUNTAIN WIT ME FATHER OF ASAHD MAY 17 ! ITS ALL IN GOD AND ASAHD HANDS."
