Juice WRLD’s estate just released his first posthumous album, Legends Never Die. It features collaborations with Trippie Redd, Halsey, Marshmello, and more. Producers include Nick Mira, Charlie Handsome, Rex Kudo, and Marshmello.
On July 6, the rapper’s estate announced the project with the following statement:
This Friday we will be honoring the life and art of Juice WRLD by releasing his album, Legends Never Die. We feel that this collection of 15 songs best represents the music Juice was in the process of creating. The album shines a light on the collaborators that meant so much to Juice and deeply impacted his musical process. Juice dedicated his music to his fans and, now more than ever, we hope this album brings some reprieve to everyone during these unsettling times. Please join us in celebrating Juice’s life by enjoying this album. Juice’s legacy will live forever; LEGENDS NEVER DIE!
Ahead of the album’s release, Juice WRLD’s estate shared four singles: “Righteous,” “Tell Me U Luv Me” with Trippie Redd, “Life’s a Mess” with Halsey, and “Come & Go” with Marshmello.
Known for his prolific studio sessions, Juice WRLD reportedly had about 2,000 unreleased songs at the time of his death in December 2019. Lil Bibby, who signed the rapper to his first deal, teased a deluxe edition of Legends Never Die:
