Two of hip-hop’s hottest rappers team up today for the release of The Voice of the Heroes. Atlanta’s Lil Baby and Chicago’s Lil Durk are no strangers to collaboration, but their new project brings their creative relationship to new heights. The Voice of the Heroes features appearances from Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Rod Wave, and Young Thug.
Although the album was originally set for release last week, Durk and Baby decided to push it back one week to allow DMX’s posthumous album, Exodus, an uninterrupted release week. It’s Baby’s first project since the release of My Turn last February, while Durk dropped his latest album, The Voice, at the tail end of last year.
