They first teased the song last year.

Einer Bankz has earned a huge following on social media for videos of him accompanying some of hip-hop’s hottest stars on the ukulele. Today, he took things to the next level with Polo G, who spits a full original song over Bankz’s ukulele instrumentals on “RAPSTAR.” The song is produced by Bankz and Synco, and finds Polo reflecting on his high-flying lifestyle.

The chorus finds him flashing his success:

Uh, copped a BMW, new deposit, I picked up another bag
Like f-ck it, I'ma count while I’m in it
I hear planes flyin', crowds screamin', money counters, chains clangin'
Sh-t, I guess that’s how it sound when you winnin'

He also floats a bold comparison on the second verse, rapping:

They say I’m Pac rebirth, never put out a weak verse
Homicides when we lurk, I'ma step ‘til my feet hurt

Polo previously compared himself to 2pac on 2020’s “Relentless” and in a recent Instagram post that used the “RAPSTAR” lyrics in its caption.

Bankz and Polo G first premiered a shorter, acoustic version of the song last May, shortly after the release of Polo’s sophomore album, The GOAT:

Bankz has previously contributed to songs like 21 Savage’s “out for the night, pt. 2,” Fredo Bang’s “Oouuh,” and Lil Durk’s “David Ruffin.”
