Thomas Rhett just released his fourth studio album, Center Point Road. He gave fans a glimpse of the album with the pre-release single, “Look What God Gave Her,” which peaked at No. 48 on the Hot 100 last month. This is his first full-length since 2017’s Life Changes.
Rhett enlisted the help of some big names in country music, like Jon Pardi, Little Big Town, and Kelsea Ballerini. The album features a handful of notable songwriters, including OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, and Julian Bunetta.
“We got pitched so many outside songs that were so great, but I think one of the things that lacks for me on outside songs is that my personality couldn’t have been put into it,” the country singer said in an interview with Billboard. So I’ve really enjoyed getting to write all the songs on this record. Maybe it’s a blessing, maybe it’s a curse. We’re gonna find out. But it’s really nice to be able to put my personality on each and every song. When I do write a song, I do feel that much more attached to it.”
