In October 2017, Boogie inked a deal with Eminem’s Shady Records after originally being signed to Interscope. Today, the Shady rapper drops off his highly-anticipated album Everything’s For Sale. It features contributions from Eminem, JID, 6LACK, and more, while production is handed by the likes of S1, Fresh Ayr, and in-house producer Dart, amongst others.
Everything’s For Sale is led by the Keyel-produced singles “Self Destruction” and “Silent Ride.” The 13-track project serves as a follow-up to Boogie’s 2016 debut Thirst 48, Pt. II. The album is also accompanied by a short film, released a few days prior to the album’s release.
In an interview with AllHipHop, Boogie explained the meaning behind the album:
It’s a real reflective type album where I really attack my flaws. I usually make albums and I’ll be talking about my flaws, but with this one, I feel like I really acknowledge the bullshit I be on. Hopefully it makes people do the same.
In July 2018, Boogie stopped by to break down his lead single “Self Destruction” for Genius’ Verified series:
