Last weekend, British musician and producer Labrinth made headlines when he brought out actress Zendaya during his performance at Coachella. Zendaya sang two songs from the soundtrack to HBO’s Euphoria, which Labrinth has scored since its debut in 2019. Today, Labrinth is back in the news with the release of Ends & Begins, his third studio album.
Ends & Begins includes the previously released singles “Kill for Your Love” and “Never Felt So Alone.” The latter features vocals from Billie Eilish and production from her brother Finneas. In an interview with Apple 1, Labrinth said the collaboration came about because Eilish is a fan of his work—something that came as a surprise.
“That was big for me because I felt like we both get each other musically,” Labrinth said. “It didn’t feel foreign to me, and I love what she’s done on the record.”
