Last year Swizz called out Drake over a leaked song before apologizing.

Drake finally released his new album, Certified Lover Boy, and on the Lil Wayne and Rick Ross collaboration, “You Only Live Twice” he took the time to address Swizz Beatz.

Last year, Swizz went on Instagram Live and surprised fans by calling out Drake over a leaked Busta Rhymes collaboration, “Stay Down.” Swizz went as far as to call Drake a “p-ssy” and say “if it was personal we’d shoot your plane out the sky.” Although Swizz walked his comments back the next day, it appears Drake didn’t accept his apology.

On the Brian “B-Nasty” Reid & Bink! produced “You Only Live Twice,” Drake makes a number of references that are clearly about Swizz:

Unthinkable when I think of the way these n-ggas been actin'
Yeah, I never did you nothin' and you play like we family, huh?
Next thing, you wanna shoot me down, it can’t be love
Not sure where you was tryna send it, it can’t be up
That day you sounded like a b-tch, you fancy, huh?
Damn, how can I forgive like this?

In addition to the “shoot me down” lyric, other lines allude to Swizz. Drake mentions “Unthinkable”—the title of a song Drake wrote for Swizz' wife Alicia Keys and later remixed. He also mentions “Fancy”—a hit song Drake and Swizz collaborated on for Drake’s debut album, Thank Me Later. The line about forgiveness suggests Drake heard Swizz' apology but didn’t care for it.

Swizz isn’t the only artist Drake set his sights on during the album, he also fired back at Kanye West on “7AM On Bridle Path” in the latest salvo between the two rap titans.
