Tory Lanez Wants To Rap Battle With Pusha-T

“If Pusha-T don’t want it and he can’t respond, then y’all just need to give me that nigga’s spot.”

Tory Lanez has been going head-to-head with Joyner Lucas in a friendly rap battle over the past few days, and now it looks like the Toronto rapper is ready for more conflict. In a recent Instagram Live session, Tory referenced an Instagram post by DJ Akademiks saying that a rapper like Pusha-T needed to step in and humble him. According to Tory, he’s not afraid of Pusha’s lyrical abilities, either.

“I wanna go at this with the spitters, with the niggas that be doing this,” he said. “Ain’t none of these niggas humbling me down my nigga. At the end of the day my nigga, I’m not even cocky, I just believe at the end of the day, ain’t no nigga fucking with me period. And that’s how I’m supposed to feel. So let Pusha-T know. And if Pusha-T don’t want it and he can’t respond, then y'all just need to give me that nigga’s spot in wherever you put me in the hip-hop game.”

Pusha has already been caught up in a rap beef this year with Drake, going back and forth with “Infrared” and “The Story of Adidon” as the two MCs' long-simmering feud boiled over yet again.

Tory, meanwhile, has dropped two tracks taking aim at Joyner Lucas, while the Boston MC has responded with a pair of his own songs. Thus far, it’s seemed to be largely in good fun, although the songs have gotten increasingly personal. During his latest concert, Tory claimed victory against Joyner and poured some out for the rapper.
