All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend (Deluxe)

This is the deluxe version of Norwegian singer-songwriter Aurora Aksnes' debut album, released 6 months later on August 26th, 2016. It contains 3 additional tracks, including the PWNDTIAC Remix of I Went Too Far, the Loon remix of Under Stars, and Mr Tambourine Man.

Throughout the record, Aurora deals with ideas such as emotional independence from others, and the deep desire to feel ‘at home’ – both physically and within herself.

“Lots of songs aren’t even from my experiences, but they’re about accepting … the dark things about yourself,” says Aurora. “You simply have to accept that your demons are a part of you. You have to accept them as your friends. You disagree with your friends. You get mad at [them], you still love [them], you make them cry and they make you cry too.”
