Beatopia Tracklist
Beatopia is the second studio album by Filipino-British singer-songwriter beabadoobee. It was released under the independent label Dirty Hit on July 15, 2022.
On January 7, 2021, Bea teased with an Instagram post saying “new mooosic soon.”
On January 10, 2021, she said via Instagram stories that “It’s her favorite thing ever”.
In a now-deleted post she said “this album might as well be called weed and shrooms tbh.”
On January 26, Bea posted on social media that she was looking for people to be a part of her new music video. Bea stated later the lead single would be released in March of 2022. It was released on the 23rd alongside the music video.
On March 4, Bea announced her new album, officially titling it Beatopia"

What have the artists said about the album?
I just wanted to branch out.
I feel like this record was the first time I was really intimately collaborative with another musician. I felt so much more comfortable. Everything just made sense. There were no rules. We created a really long playlist of all the songs we love, and they were all so different. I don’t want to be tied to one genre. I realised I can make anything I want.
I feel like with Fake It Flowers, I talked quite a lot about negative experiences, and it really helped me through those situations. But I think Beatopia was the moment that I finally accepted my past.
Bringing back the idea of Beatopia was finally accepting things inside of me that I wasn’t so confident about. I finally felt myself just becoming a better person and being more comfortable with who I am.
