Escape From New York

Escape from New York is the long-awaited debut album of New York hip-hop group Beast Coast, released on May 24th, 2019.
Members of the group include the Flatbush Zombies, the Underachievers and several members of the Pro Era Collective.

The title of the project references the 1981 science-fiction classic Escape from New York. In the movie, the entire island of Manhattan is converted to a gigantic maximum-security prison. When hijackers crash the presidents' plane inside the prison, Snake Plissken (Kurt Russell) is sent into Manhattan to rescue him.
