New Jersey is Bon Jovi’s fourth studio album. Another commercial success, it debuted at #8 and within a week reached the top of the Billboard 200 chart, staying there for four weeks in a row.
Certificied 7x Platinum by RIAA, the record spammed five singles, all of which were top-10 hits in the Billboard Hot 100: “Bad Medicine”, which hit #1, “Born to Be My Baby”, “I’ll Be There For You”, which also topped the chart, “Lay Your Hands on Me” and “Living in Sin”.
New Jersey was the first American album to be released in the USSR, under the soviet label Melodyia.
