Happy Together - EP

I have known and loved the song Happy Together by The Turtles for many years. But a while back, when I heard it in the romantic comedy Imagine Me & You, it really elevated my appreciation for the song. That movie was one of the first times that I saw gay people represented in a movie where they actually ended up HAPPY. The song is now always tied to that movie moment for me. Recently, when I had some dedicated time to learn songs that I’d loved, this one popped into my head to try. As I learned it, I just loved playing it. So, I recorded and produced my own little version.

All of the songs on this EP represent a bold declaration of love, which is why I felt they fit happily together (pun intended). 2 of them are my own, and 2 of them are songs I’ve loved for so many years, reimagined by me. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did reimagining them. Who knows, there might be more to come with my re-imaginations
