Love, Damini Tracklist
Love, Damini is the sixth album from Nigerian artist Burna Boy. The title is in reference to his real name, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu. The album follows his GRAMMY Award winning critical and commercially acclaimed fourth studio album, Twice as Tall in August 2020.
The album contains eight features from the likes of Ladysmith Black Mambazo, J Hus, Victony, Popcaan, Blxst, Kehlani, Ed Sheeran and Khalid.
The album title was revealed in April 2022, to which Burna added that it was originally set to be released on July 2nd, his 31st birthday – which is reinforced through the artwork to which is themed around a birthday party.
Burna began the album rollout with “Kilometre” being released in April 2021. The albums lead single “Last Last” was released over a year later on May 13 and became a viral sensation, rightfully stamping it’s position as this years top Summer anthem.

What have the artists said about the album?
I want you to feel like it’s a rollercoaster ride.
After turning 30, birthdays seem to make you reflect on your life choices, or a lack thereof—your goals, dreams, hopes, achievements and fears.
Even though it put me in a vulnerable place, it also challenged me to do and feel more. I started working on a Punjab mixtape with the late great Sidhu Moose Wala, halfway through recording this project, because I needed to open my mind more.
I’m eternally grateful to him for that, and so, on this album, I thought about a few things.

Shout-out to the iconic group from South Africa, the legendary Ladysmith Black Mambazo, for bringing their energy to tracks 1 and 19 (the beginning and end).“Love is fragile.”
Relations and relationships are fragile; compartmentalising the different shades of grey around this concept in “For My Hand”, “Science” and “Last Last”. Hopefully this translates to you all.“Expect nothing.”
