The compilation contains several hits from her studio albums released up until 2008. It also features four new additions: two re-recordings of her previous singles “Genie in a Bottle” and “Beautiful” and two original songs, “Keeps Gettin' Better” – that was released as the album’s lead and only single and “Dynamite”.

It was reviewed favorably by music critics, who praised her musical career over her first decade entering the music industry.
