María is the debut extended play by Hwasa.
The EP features the previously released single Twit. María serves as the title track.

The EP’s name is a reference to Hwasa’s baptismal name and tattoo, Maria.

María’s teasers have two versions: “vita” and “morte”. Both words are Italian, meaning “life” and “death”.
