Home is the seventh album by Portland, Oregon-based singer/songwriter Josh Garrels. Recorded and self-produced in his home studio, these 11 lushly arranged songs explore lyrical themes of homecoming, family, faith, and forgiveness over a backdrop of rich, symphonic folk-rock. Elements of neo-soul, electronic pop, and even hip-hop texture Garrels' music, which is anchored by his strong, passionate voice. Home is the follow-up to his critically acclaimed 2011 album and subsequent documentary Love & War & the Sea in Between.
