Greatest Hits II is a compilation album released by British rock band Queen on October 28th, 1991, exactly a week before front-man Freddie Mercury would die from AIDS related complications. The album reached #1 on the charts in several countries, and is the tenth best-selling album of all time in the UK. On top of this, it’s the best-selling album by a foreign artist in Finland. It has currently sold around 20 million copies worldwide.
