The Very Best of Rainbow

The Very Best of Rainbow is a greatest hits compilation album by the British hard rock band Rainbow. It features material ranging from 1975’s Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow to their 1983 release, Bent Out of Shape.

The front cover actually comes from the inside of the first Rainbow album, Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow, and is actually a picture of Ritchie Blackmore playing with his previous band, Deep Purple.

It’s also worth noting that Tracks 1-7 feature Ronnie James Dio on lead vocals, tracks 8-9 feature Graham Bonnet and tracks 10-16 feature Joe Lynn Turner.
