Dopamine by Set It Off is expected to release in 2025, and will be the band’s sixth full-length and first independent album. This era of Set It Off is mostly based around hard rock and nu-metal, as most Set It Off fans loved the rock of their first collaboration with Scene Queen – Barbie and Ken, which was followed up with Win Win as their second collaboration in May 2023.

However, in a recent interview with Cody Carson, singer and frontman of Set It Off, he mentioned that they were currently focusing on releasing singles and not looking toward building an album, essentially giving each single time to have it’s own love and spotlight. “Since we’re independent, there’s no rules,” he quotes in an interview with Rock Sound, at the 2023 When We Were Young festival. “But if it ends up building towards an album or EP so be it, but right now we’re just focused on writing the best stuff we’ve ever created, and releasing it when we think it should come out, and how it should come out.”

But don’t be too disappointed if you were hoping for an album – in the upcoming years, get ready for a multitude of awesome rock singles from one of the most talented bands around.
