To the Edge of the Earth EP

Thirty Seconds to Mars

About “To the Edge of the Earth EP”

To the Edge of the Earth is an EP released by Thirty Seconds to Mars as a follow-up to the enviromental campaign started with the single “A Beautiful Lie”. Released exclusively in the US, the EP contains three different versions of the track, as well as two versions of its music video in a DVD.

When the “A Beautifu Lie” single dropped, the band launched the now offline website abeautifullie.org to raise awareness of environmental issues. The track’s music video was shot in Greenland to support the cause, and through the website people could make donations to the Natural Resources Defense Council (aka NRDC). All the proceeds from the music video also went to the NRDC.

Coherently with its purpose, To the Edge of the Earth digipack was printed in post-consumer waste paper, with an inclosure made of environmentally friendly materials.
