Acid Queen

Acid Queen is the second solo studio album by American rock and roll singer Tina Turner, released in August of 1975, via EMI Records in the United Kingdom and United Artists Records in the United States. The album marked her first release through EMI Records. Commercially, the album peaked at #155 on the Billboard 200 in the United States, making it Turner’s first solo album to appear on any music chart.

A total of four singles were released from the album: “Baby, Get It On,” “Whole Lotta Love,” “Acid Queen” and “Under My Thumb.”
