Trip At Knight Tracklist
Trip At Knight is Trippie Redd’s fifth studio album and second release of 2021, following February 2021’s Pegasus: Neon Shark vs Pegasus Presented By Travis Barker (Deluxe). The project serves as the spin-off to his 2018 debut studio album LIFE’S A TRIP.
The long-awaited album took many different directions, with it originally announced in an August 2020 comment section of an Instagram post. Trippie would further tease fans of the project throughout 2020, even speaking on its connection to his August 2018 album LIFE’S A TRIP.
At one point in November 2020, Trippie claimed the album would have no features except for Chris King, but later backtracked on those comments.
In May 2021, the Ohio native would drop “Miss The Rage,” a collaboration with Playboi Carti, as the album’s lead single. July 2021 would mark his second pre-release with the Lil Uzi Vert collaboration, “Holy Smokes.” Trippie would reveal the album’s cover art on June 24, 2021, followed by its tracklist on August 11, 2021.

When the album was released on August 20, 2021, Trippie spoke with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, and spoke on the absence of “Betrayal.”
Now we got a record that’s just going to fell me, like it’s going to set the tone for sure. Like we did it. He’s a perfectionist. Just back and forth talking to each other, trying to figure out what we going to do for the record and shit. Honestly, he’s just very, I don’t know. He likes to keep his shit perfect. He wants to make sure we have the best song we could possibly have for this moment. It’s called ‘Betrayal.’
